Accommodation/Tenancy Support
Professional NDIS support tailored to your needs
What is accommodation and tenancy ?
Accommodation is the place where you live.
Tenancy is the agreement that lets you live in that home, such as a lease or rental agreement.
Accommodation and tenancy support helps you:
- Find a safe and comfortable place to live
- Understand your rental or housing agreement
- Keep your home and stay housed long-term
- Know your rights and responsibilities as a tenant
- Live independently or in shared or supported housing
This support is designed to help you feel secure, settled, and confident in your home.
Who can get accommodation and tenancy support?
You may be eligible for accommodation and tenancy support if:
- You are an NDIS participant
- Your disability makes it hard to find, keep, or manage housing on your own
- You need extra support to live independently or with others
- You require psychosocial or ongoing daily living support
Your NDIS funding will be reviewed to make sure the support:
- Matches your needs now and in the future
- Considers the long-term impact of your disability
- Helps you live safely and sustainably in the community
