Mental Health Support & Expert Advise

ACN support NDIS participants who live with mental health issues or long-term mental health conditions to live well and safely at home and in the community.

Our Service has hands-on experience in mental health nursing in hospital and community mental health services. This means service understand mental health needs across different stages of life.

With NDIS funding, ACN can support you in ways that suit your goals, your choices, and your daily needs. ACN can help with:

  • Understanding your mental health and how it affects your daily life
  • Developing and following a care plan that works for you
  • Medication support and monitoring
  • Building routines that support your wellbeing
  • Managing stress, symptoms, and early warning signs
  • Connecting and working with your GP, psychiatrist, and other supports
  • Supporting your family or carers to better understand your needs

As a compassionate and caring service, we take the time to listen to you and work with you, not over you. We explain things in a clear and respectful way so you feel informed and in control of your care. We use the latest best practices to ensure the support you receive is safe, effective, and high-quality.

Our goal is to help you feel more confident, supported, and independent while living at home and participating in your community — at a pace that feels right for you.
